Production, Shipping and Returns

Production

  • Our fabrics are ordered in small quantities and updated periodically, so available colors may vary .
  • Each t-shirt is made to order by our seamstress. Production times vary between 3 and 4 days , plus shipping times . Overall, it may take up to a week for your t-shirt to be produced and shipped . This approach allows us to keep our production in small volumes and to make each garment on request while keeping the stock of finished products almost zero.

Shipping

Orders are delivered with Poste Italiane . The majority of orders are delivered within four working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) from the date of acceptance, representing 90% of shipments. For the remaining 10%, delivery takes place within six working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Tracking

All orders are shipped with the Poste Italiane courier. To provide you with a better tracking experience, we will provide you with a unique tracking code for each order you place. Use this code to track the updated status and delivery of your package.

Returns

If the product you received has defects, follow these simple steps to request a return:

  1. Take photos of the product and clearly illustrate the problem you are experiencing.
  2. Retrieve the order number relating to the purchase.
  3. Send photos and information on the problem encountered to the email address info@modclothing.it . Our team will promptly deal with your request and provide you with detailed instructions for returning the defective product.
